Mia has been performing since she was even shorter than she is now. In 2022, she was a part of the Adelaide Cabaret Festival’s Class of Cabaret program under the artistic direction of Tina Arena. A highlight of her performing journey so far was attending Kristin Chenoweth’s Broadway Bootcamp in Oklahoma, U.S.A, in 2023 and 2024 (recipient of the 110% Kristi Award), and interning in 2025. Here she was mentored by industry superstars including Kristin Chenoweth, Kenny Ortega, Lara Teeter, Erin Dilly, and so many more. Some of her previous credits include Charlotte in 13 (Adelaide Youth Theatre-2021), Mayzie La Bird in Seussical Jr. (Kildare College-2023), Miss Hannigan in Annie Jr. (Kildare College-2023), Carmen in This Girl Laughs, This Girl Cries, This Girl Does Nothing (Fifth Business Theatre Company-2024), Penny in Meg in the Magic Toyshop (Vintage Vendetta Productions-2024/5/6), Swing for Beth/Amy/Laurie in Little Women (Hills Musical Company-2025), and Christine in Be More Chill (Hills Musical Company-2025). Mia is also a regular backup dancer for PopInc’s Decadent 80s production and Jinx’s One Hit Wonders Show. Mia is also starring in, choreographing and directing her Sabrina Carpenter Tribute Show Sabrina, But Make It Live! at the Adelaide Fringe in 2027.
